Sean Meeker

Mr. Meeker is an executive vice president in the Newport Beach office and head of business development for the alternatives business management team. He focuses on collaborating across portfolio management and business management to develop superior investment opportunities for PIMCO clients. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2021, Sean was a director of fixed income at Vulcan Capital, where he was responsible for portfolio management, origination, and structuring across credit strategies. Prior to joining Vulcan, Mr. Meeker spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where he held a number of positions, including head of leveraged loans. He has 20 years of investment experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
